I remove the ExO license for that mailbox, run a Delta sync, check my user with get-mailuser and everything was fine (it was synced with the correct msExchMailboxGuid. Then I remove the ExO license, create an on-prem mailbox, run Delta sync, check user with get-mailuser (again the correct msExchMailboxGuid appeared).
